A truck load of roses to the Cariboo Regional District for making the intelligent decision to finance the renovations needed at Deni House (adjacent to the hospital). It now can be used for the purpose that it was originally built.
It’s untimely closing seven years ago needlessly affected the lives of dozens of patients, seniors, and their families in the Cariboo Chilcotin.
Your decision will be remembered by the citizens in this area, far into the future.
A very merry Christmas to you and your families.
Winnifred (Win) Gooding,
member of the Seniors Advisory Council and the Old Age Pensioners Organization, Branch 93.

As a Santa’s helper (Lioness) I would really like to thank the following for their assistance!
Extremely helpful with amazing discounts were Suzanne & Jenny’s clothing store, Shopper’s Drug Mart, and also Rona.
A special thank you to Rachael and Keitha at the Source — you girls rock!
Zellers and Beaver Valley Feeds also helped us.
The gift list was varied and so many people went out of their way to help, so a personal thank-you to all the people out there who helped!
Merry Christmas to you all!

A big bouquet of roses to the friend/friends who dropped off two tickets to the Old Age Pensioners Organization Christmas dinner and a delicious fruit cake.
We were home. We never heard you knock.
Your gift is most appreciated.
Thank you.

A special thank-you to Santa and his elves for visiting Williams Lake Seniors Village on Sunday, Dec. 11.
The residents loved the surprise, including the social time, candy canes, and special photos with Santa.
It was interesting that they arrived in a fire truck.
Thanks.
