Editor: On Saturday afternoon, I was privileged to watch a most wonderful Trinity Western University and Langley Centennial Museum salute to the Second World War era. “Outstanding” is the word I will use to describe it. Being an overseas veteran of that war, I admit to having tears welling up, as it reincarnated memories of pals and happenings long past.
From the master of ceremonies, Douglas Fraser, to the accompanying TWU jazz quartet and masterful singers and comedians who produced a superb show, I wish to thank everyone connected with the production of “Until Everyone Comes Home.”
This show should not be limited to the Langley area, but should be available to all Canadians who wish to look back at this era of our history. The standing ovation those who entertained us received at the conclusion of the show was well-deserved.
