Jennifer Kitt wrote a letter which was printed in the Jan. 5, Salmon Arm Observer.
She certainly could not have described this recycling flop any better. I am with her all the way.
The seniors are not given any credit or sympathy in this matter.
Asking seniors to be up and out in the cold – rain or snow – at 7 a.m. is ludicrous.
