The taxpayers. The companies that developed this have become very wealthy with little or no regard as to our right to choose what might be safe and healthy in our own homes.
How can one justify spending close to $1 billion when there are health concerns and reliability concerns of the meters collecting accurate data.
Scientists and so-called experts don’t really know the long-term effects of yet more electro-magnetic exposure.
Yes, studies need to be viewed with critical awareness but when in doubt, act with caution.
You don’t go and over-expose yourself to the sun’s rays, for obvious reasons. And what about those who will lose yet more jobs to so-called progress.
