A friend of mine recently passed away.
His name was Marven Berkholtz. Many of you have probably seen or chatted with him at the fountain in Polson Park. He was the one with the Big Canadian flag on his “hog.”
He loved feeding the birds and they just seemed to flock to him.
One of his wishes was to see swans again in Polson Park but he had no idea as to how to go about it and neither do I.
If someone could offer me suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
