What I found was more for-rent signs in empty windows, while in South Surrey a building spree on 24 Avenue is advertising a new “concept” of sidewalk shopping. Many of these new stores were formerly in White Rock, which already has sidewalk shopping.

We need more people and finished buildings to house them.

A truth of nature is that nothing stands still. It’s either moving up or moving down. Let’s get moving up.

Transportation is not a problem with the new bus/SkyTrain system. We have a beautiful sea-wall and the sun shines more often.

Why isn’t city hall advertising to lure more people to our city?

Lots of people – young people and families – if they like to live in Downtown Vancouver skyscrapers and North and West Vancouver skyscrapers, they will love White Rock as much and maybe more.
