In meeting on March 16 The Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs was asking for the cost estimates related to Bill S-10. The estimated prison expansion of 2,500 fellow Canadian citizens which here not provided, as apparently they do not exist.
This would be a violation of Treasury Branch guidelines, which Mr. Day is responsible for.
What’s up with that and your timely resignation Mr. Day?
