Trip to Sooke a real treat

I am writing this letter to thank the wonderful community of Sooke for a great visit.

I am writing this letter to thank the wonderful community of Sooke for a great visit.

This was the first time in my life I camped in Sooke and absolutely loved it. The campground was very welcoming with amazing scenery.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the Zip Line, but I stayed planted on the ground.

The Sooke Lions Club was understanding when only four of five of us got tickets for the RCMP Musical Ride, but let all of us in. We knew two riders and were invited to the supper following the ride. The hosts were wonderful people and the food was to die for.

This three-day visit was capped off with a quick stop in at Drivers Welding. Shawn Driver and his crew are the best and definitely a stop I would suggest to anyone that loves old cars.

Not only did Shawn let us check out the vehicles, he and his crew gave us a tour of the entire facility, which was very impressive.

A quick stop turned into a two-hour visit with us walking out with a lot of cool pictures and a few T-shirts.

This group of people are great ambassadors for your community and have convinced me that Sooke may be a great place to relocate with my family.
