On behalf of the BC SPCA, its staff, volunteers and animals, we would like to thank Pat Wand for her incredible hard work and generosity. Pat donates partial proceeds from her charity bottle drive to the BC SPCA.
These donations, varying from laundry detergent to cleaning supplies, to photocopiers, chairs and freezers, are essential to the operation of our animal shelter. Community members like Pat are the backbone of our not-for-profit organization. Pat isn’t only attentive to our specific needs, she also dedicates her time to multiple other community groups through her charitable bottle returns.
You can donate your recyclable bottles to Pat on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Marketplace IGA on Government Street in Penticton. Pat will also pick up bottles from your home or business, you can reach her at 250-493-6205.
