We should collect, move snow
So it might snow.
Snow is great for the water supply, especially on the mountains, lakes and reservoirs.
Snow is of little value on our roadways.
To that end, we need an ambitious program that goes beyond clearing the streets to hauling the snow upstream and dumping it in and above Lake Cowichan.
Let’s get the best value from our precious precipitation.
