Why is work on the Koksilah bridge moving so slowly?
Each day I have crossed the Koksilah bridge I wonder if the site is classed as derelict since what activity there might be doesn’t seem to be happening. Not only that, but normally when a crane is placed on a site to be used, it has to be paid for until it gets unloaded. Is the B.C highways maintenance still paying the rate? If so it is costing B.C taxpayers a bundle!
Also, is there a shortage of manpower to bring the repair to a conclusion? Because I would think by now that the concrete is hard enough?
