Ladies club vice-captain Gloria Corno says it was “golf extraordinaire” when 29 members competed for distance, accuracy and touch during Ladies Night at the 108 Golf Resort, Sept. 18.
First Flight
Annie McKave hammered the long drive; Judy Scarrow sank the long putt; and Janet Roux hit her ball closest to the pin (KP).
McKave took home the par-pot prize.
Second flight
Lori Henderson hit the long drive; Bev Lund drained the long putt; and Lorraine McCaffrey had the second-shot KP.
Corno and Henderson took home the par-pot prizes.
Third flight
Wendy Foster swatted the long drive; Sharlene Anderson had the long put; and there was no KP winner, but the draw for winner was Bonnie McColl.
