3-D archery shoot set for April 2-3

Grab your bow and arrow and get ready to hike the trails through the Courtenay and District Fish & Game Protective Association forest in search of the elusive 3-D animal.

The 3D Archery Shoot takes place April 2 and 3. Shooters must pre-register prior to the shotgun start. Participants can take part both  days or just one of the days.

“This is a great family sport with awards and prizes,” an event spokesperson said. “Camping is included with registration.”

Registration goes Friday from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Saturday from 7:30 to 9 a.m., and Sunday from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Admission Saturday and Sunday is adults $35, seniors $25, family $70, juniors $20, and cubs free. Admission Saturday or Sunday is adults $20, seniors $15, family $40, juniors $15 and cubs free.
