The Abbotsford Olympians Swim Club is back in the water.
After months of suspended practices due to the COVID-19 pandemic community centre closures, the AOSC recently returned to the pool and are looking for new members to sign up.
The club have introduced COVID-19 safety measures approved by the Swimming Provincial Sporting Organization that ensure a responsible and safe experience for all involved.

Currently, the AOSC is operating on a limited schedule due to the limited pool space availability in Abbotsford.
The club is offering classes on the following days and times at the Matsqui Recreation Centre (minimum numbers required for all groups):
– Olympic Way (10 years and under): Thursday from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m. Minimum ability level is being able to swim 15 metres unassisted in deep water.
– Stroke Improvement and Conditioning (11 years and over): Wednesday from 6 to 7:15 a.m. for advance swimmers and Thursday 5:15 to 6:30 p.m. for all levels. Minimum ability level is being able to swim 25 metres unassisted in deep water.
– Masters (18 years and over): Wednesday: 6 to 7:15 p.m. Minimum ability level is ability to swim 100 metres unassisted.
