Abbotsford’s Noah Juulsen is one of 32 hockey players that has been invited to the Team Canada selection camp for the upcoming world junior tournament.
The 2015 first round draft pick of the Montreal Canadiens is having another strong year with the Western Hockey League’s Everett Silvertips, who are near the top of the league standings.
The defender has collected 18 points in 22 games with Everett this season.
The tryouts run in Blainville, Que., from Dec. 10 to 14. Canada opens the world juniors on Boxing Day in Toronto versus Russia.
