The Alberni Valley Curling Club will host its 66th annual men’s bonspiel Feb. 15–17, sponsored by Coastal Community Private Wealth Group.
Thirty teams have registered, with 20 coming from out of town, curling club spokesperson Darlene Barkley said.
Games begin Friday night and continue throughout the weekend. There are four events. Festivities include a dinner, dance and DJ for curlers.
The finals are slated for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17. The public is welcome to come and watch the games.
