Day one of the All Native Basketball tournament is in the books provided some amazing moments to be sure. While only four games were played, they brought the crowd to their feet especially the two nail-biters in the women’s division, between Kitkatla and Kincolith, and Vancouver and Hazelton. And to cap it all off the Lax K’walaams dance troupe brought the house down with an electric performance.

The tournament continues on today with a jam-packed 18 game schedule, kicking off at 8 a.m. and the final game of the day tips off at 9:30 p.m.
