BC Winter Games competitors from Terrace:

Michaela Yeo got 4th in slopestyle. She was the talk on the slopes for her speed and high jumps, but a crash and resulting injuries kept her from competing in big air. Tom Yasinchuk got 14th in slopestyle and 7th in big air.

Craig Durando took 6th, Kailey Halvorsen got 7th, and Hannah Stewart took 9th in the archery competitions at Winter Games.

The Northwest Zone 7 ringette team, with athletes from Terrace and Houston, BC, were underdogs and lost every game, but kept high spirits and were able to score some strong goals against teams with top AA players. They made friendships and had a great experience.

Gabriel and Yohannes Vandenberg and Aidan Carter had a great time at the cross country competitions. Yohannes won bronze in the 400 metre sprints.
