A nine-goal eruption in the second period helped the Langley Thunder win a second straight game.
The senior A lacrosse team overcame a 4-2 deficit to defeat the visiting Coquitlam Adanacs 13-10 on June 4 at the Langley Events Centre.
The win improves Langley to 2-3 in the Western Lacrosse Association as they have won back-to-back home games after losing three straight on the road.
Alex Turner (two goals, six assists), Athan Iannucci (one goal, five assists) and Tom Johnson (four goals) keyed the attack while junior A call-up James Rahe — who leads the Langley Junior Thunder in scoring this season — chipped in with three goals and an assist.
Tyler Melynk (two goals, one assist), Adam Will (one goal, two assists), Daniel McQuade (two assists), Brett Baron (two assists) and Cam Copeland (one assist) also found the scoresheet.
Brodie MacDonald stopped 36 shots as Coquitlam out-shot Langley 46-39.
The Thunder will try for their first road win of the season when they visit the Burnaby Lakers (2-0) at Bill Copeland Arena on June 6.
