The winners of the Nelson Italian Society’s bocce tournament held in July at Lakeside Park were as follows.
A Division: first place, Vito Tumillo and Vincenzo Rendini (Nelson/Italy); second place, Fred Tironese and Alphonso Bertoia (Cranbrook), third place Gino Maida and Jayden Maida (Nelson).
B Division: first Vince Toteda and Joe Sacino (Cranbrook); second Giuseppe Bertuzzi and Michelle March (Trail); and third Joe Guercio and Nick Murano (Trail).
