Hockey players from along Highway 16 brushed the dust of their gear and gathered at the Smithers Civic Centre Arena last weekend for the Icebreaker Tournament, the first hockey tournament of the season. A total of seven teams took part in the two-day tournament, on, ironically, one of the warmest weekends of the summer.
