In Langley’s round-robin games, they defeated Kelowna 8-3, hammered Cranbrook 11-0, lost to Greater Trail 3-1 and beat Williams Lake 5-2.
And the Aldergrove Bruins were playing in West Kelowna, where they finished 4-1 with their lone loss coming in the semifinals, 8-6 to Vancouver.
They responded from that loss with a 9-6 win over the host West Kelowna squad in the bronze medal game.
Aldergrove’s other games were: 11-3 over Cranbrook, 5-3 over Penticton and 9-0 over Powell River. Penticton would capture the gold medal over Vancouver.
