The Ladysmith Canadians Midget baseball team was in Sidney over the May 28 weekend for a double header against the Peninsula squad. Third baseman Kerin Berg slides in safe, and went on to score a run in a high scoring contest that the Canadians eventually won 13-12. The Canadians emerged from the contest with a record of 12-2-1 on the season.
