Brent Lashuk scored at 7:42 of double overtime as the Kelowna Chiefs edged the Sicamous Eagles 4-3 before 450 fans Friday night at Rutland Arena.

The Chiefs advance to the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League final series against the Beaver Valley Nitehawks, who ousted the Fernie Ghostriders 6-2 Friday night.

TJ Dumonceaux, Kyle Clerke and Josh McEwan also scored for Kelowna. Tarren Cavanaugh, Nathan Grieves and Connor Buick replied for Sicamous.
