Chilliwack Chief grads meet goals in the classroom

Three former Chiefs and current NCAA hockey players have earned recognition for academic performance

Former Chilliwack Chiefs Zach Giuttari (Brown University), Scott Davidson (Quinnipiac) and Jeremy Germain (Princeton) have been named All-Academic players by the NCAA’s East Coast Athletic Conference.

Players are eligible for All-Academic status if they earn a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or have a GPA over 3.00 over the past three semesters.

Fifty-one BCHL grads were listed. Many have earned ECAC All-Academic status previously.

This is the second selection for Giuttari and Germain and third for Davidson.
