Christina Lake Ladies’ Golf finishes successful year

The team starts back up again in April - new members welcome!

The annual general meeting of the Tuesday Morning Ladies Club was held Oct. 23 at the Christina Lake Golf Club. The Ladies Club provided luncheon for the members following a nine-hole scramble. President Cathy Manson reported on a successful year and Heather Shilton, vice-president, reported on 50/50 results and conducted the fall elections. Year end awards, raffles and door prizes rounded out the afternoon.

Heather Shilton was elected as president with Cathy Manson staying on as vice-president. Other executive appointments included Carol McQuarrie as vice-captain; Arlette Dunbar and Jeanne Bain as the ladies open prize committee; and social committee chair is Audrey Whyte.

Christina Lake Tuesday Ladies golf will reconvene in April 2019 as weather permits. Returning and interested ladies please watch for announcement in the spring.
