Cariboo-Chilcotin special needs students better managed

The British Columbia Teachers’ Federation (BCTF) is reporting that class composition for students with learning difficulties is worse than ever in the province.

In School District #27, however, the schools superintendent and the teachers’ union president have a different tale to tell about how children entitled to an Individual Education Plan (IEP) are accommodated.
