He was heavily recruited by several American college football programs, and committed to Notre Dame in July. He’s also a star basketball player for the Panthers.

Pilgrim, a 2015 WJ Mouat Secondary grad, was honoured for her achievements in volleyball, track and field, basketball, soccer and softball. She was selected to the Canadian junior women’s national softball team in July, and received a softball scholarship to Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky earlier this summer. She also was the Fraser Valley senior girls cross-country champion in 2012, Mouat athlete of the year in 2012 and 2013, Valley Royals rookie of the year in 2013, and won a provincial basketball title with Mouat in 2013.
