Nanaimo’s newest gymnasium, once complete, will play host to a lot of keen volleyball players.

Nanaimo Christian School announced last week that it has partnered with the Mariners Volleyball Club.

“As the new gymnasium at NCS nears completion, we are happy to announce a partnership with [the club] for use and participation in our new state-of-the-art space,” noted a press release from Nanaimo Christian School. “This partnership will benefit both parties for many years to come.”

The Mariners Volleyball Club begins its season after high school volleyball season ends and Nanaimo often hosts tournaments and regional championships.
