The Cloverdale Bantam C Colts captured the gold medal at a tournament in Kamloops this weekend.
The hockey team, representing the Lower Mainland, went undefeated in round-robin play, turning in a gritty performance against hosts Kamloops; advancing to the finals on a 4-2 win in the semi-final.
The Colts then dominated a scrappy Clearwater squad with a decisive 5-1 victory for the championship.
Cloverdale capped the tournament as the only undefeated team, with the most goals, and the least goals against.
