The Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex is offering free fitness classes on May 10 to help promote and celebrate Move for Health Day.
Gentle fit starts at 9:30 a.m. and aquafit goes at 1 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Move for Health Day is an international event created in 2002 by the World Health Organization to promote physical activity.
The BC Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA) leads our province in promoting this global event and the benefits of healthy active living, providing participants with tools and resources.
