108 women rode in the annual Revelstoke Women’s Enduro race on Saturday.

Lindsey Corrigan rode away with the fastest time in the four stage race, coming in with a total time of 0:20:11. Elinor Brown was not far behind with a total time of 0:20:51 and Bronwyn Cormack finished third with a time of 0:21:18.

40 of the participants were from Revelstoke and the others travelled from around the province to participate.

“We love the women’s bike community and wanted to do something fun for all the ladies that shred,” said Dana Ferguson, one of the organizers. “The vibe at women’s events is a bit different, and we [the organizers; myself, Jenn Avery, Robyn Goldsmith] love that. The community really rallied and we were so thankful for the women who registered, the folks who volunteered their time, and everyone who helped along the way.”
