Eagles overpower Outlaws

Langley's lone touchdown comes on 50-yard interception return from Kai Thomas

The Langley Outlaws ran into a high-flying opponent, falling 52-8 to the North Surrey Eagles at McLeod Athletic Park on Monday in junior bantam football.

The lone Langley touchdown came courtesy of the defence as Kai Thomas returned an interception 50 yards for the score. Stryker Roloff added the convert.

The defence was led by Tyson Tombe’s seven tackles, while Nico Pavicic and Tyson Tombe had five tackles apiece. Wesley Begg recovered a fumble.
