The Comox Valley Athletic Association offers Fastbreak Basketball for Grade 5-12 girls every Wednesday at G.P. Vanier.
There are three age groups: Grade 5-7 goes 3:45-5:15 p.m. and costs $20 which covers team T-shirt and prizes. There is adult and junior/senior girl coaching with emphasis on basic skill development, games and fun.
Grade 8-10 as well as Grade 11-12 both go 5:30-7 p.m. and the $40 cost includes team reversible jersey and prizes. There is adult coaching with emphasis on skill development, games and fun.
From each of the three age groups, teams will be selected to practise and compete in club tournaments against teams from around B.C. in Victoria (May 28-29 and June 25-26).
