Four BC Football Conference players will suit up for Canada in the 2014 International Bowl Series, taking on U-19 United States Feb. 7-8.
The teams will meet at Maverick Stadium on the campus of the University of Texas at Arlington.
Sixty players made Team Canada. Close to 500 players vied for spots at regional identification camps. The Vancouver Island Raiders send defensive linemen Quinton Bowles and Tristian Koronkiewicz, joined by wideout Alex Thompson.
The Langley Rams send offensive lineman Jesse Lawson.
Of the 60 Team Canada players, 45 will eventually represent the country at the 2014 U-19 World Championship, taking place this year in Kuwait.
Canada and the United States have met in the first two IFAF U-19 World Championship gold medal games, with Canada capturing gold in 2012.
