In Men’s Club action on Sunday under mostly sunny skies, it was Jim Proteau who had the best game of the day shooting a gross 78. The second best round of the day was recorded by Preben Rasmussen with an 80.
On the net side of things it was Bob Vandermolen shooting 65, followed by Glen Trask with 69, Steve Pointon and James Weening both coming in with 70. Then it was Bill Bjornson and Dave Mann each recording 71.
Closest to the pins were won by Colton Buffie on No. 2, Fred Fredrickson won the charity closest to the pin on No. 4 picking up $25. Tyler Robinson on No. 13 and Dave Mann on No. 17. Next week No. 4 will be worth $50 and No. 2 will be worth $175, if you happen to get the only birdie on those holes.
Next Sunday, May 14 will be the Twin Travel and Cruises scramble.
There will be computer picked teams. Please register in the Pro Shop with your Handi-Cap no later than 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13.
