For the second year in a row, Fuller Lake Park will play host to the Vancouver Island pickleball championships.
Spectators are invited to check out the championships featuring some of the best pickleball players on the Island on Aug. 6 and 7.
Two years ago, the Municipality of North Cowichan converted two old outdoor tennis courts at the park into six pickleball courts, which are used regularly and first hosted the championships in 2015.
