The Fraser Valley Fusion 97 peewee fastpitch team used strong defence and some aggressive base-running to defeat Abbotsford 5-0 in the championship final.
The Langley-based Fusion were playing at a 97 bantam B tournament in Abbotsford over the weekend.
Up next for the Fusion are the provincial championships in Newton and then the Canadian national championships in Toronto in August.
