Despite dire weather warnings, Begbie View Elementary staff and parent volunteers were hopeful for a successful inaugural Sports Day, and no-one was disappointed. Indeed, the day was an overwhelming success. Outstanding sportsmanship, excellent athletic achievements, tasty and healthy snacks at the concession and a wonderful school wide event exceeded everyone’s expectations. BVE staff would like to thank the troop of parent volunteers that made the day so enjoyable for the students.
