The Abbotsford Giants peewee baseball team brought home a silver medal from the Mission River Rush tournament last weekend.
The Giants beat Chilliwack in the semifinals before dropping a 12-7 decision to Campbell River in the title game. The Abbotsford squad won the most sportsmanlike team award, and Aidan Kelly, Aidan Schweinbenz and Lucas Messer picked up game MVP awards during the tourney.
