The Victoria Royals fan experience just got a lot better.

Last week the scoreboard hanging over centre ice at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre was outfitted with four new LED video screens.

Game coverage is shot from five different cameras and the effect is full value.

Elements of the LED jumbotron

Four LED full motion screens that are 18 feet wide by 10 feet tall

Each LED screen displays are composed of 6mm video elements each comprising a single three-in-one SMD LED package, displaying live HD video action, features and special production pieces in high-definition quality

– Camera positions include: centre ice at media level, the corners from ice level, end zones, and in the ice level box between players’ benches.
