On Sunday Aug. 26, 22 young golfers braved the rain to attend the Wrap Up Juniors Tournament at Chinook Cove Golf. The youth had been attending the program on Monday evenings throughout the summer, receiving golf instruction from Susanne Mitchell, and volunteers Ed Salle and Ray Glee, while enjoying the game with friends.
The Wrap Up Tournament is a time to show their parents or adult supporters how they’ve progressed throughout the summer.
Low Score went to Cameron Salle for the intermediate golfers, and to Tyson Matthews for the younger players. Most Honest Players went to Austin Bijl and Gaige Berube.
