Keep your eye on the ball Ridge Meadows Royals midget player Ryan Slaughter takes a high pitch in a Saturday afternoon exhibition game against the Whalley Jr. Chiefs. The Royals won the game 6-1 to improve their record to 11-2-2 on the season. Slaughter, a catcher and second baseman, has been hitting .429 on the season.
