Sara King had another successful motocross weekend in Williams Lake on the August 13 weekend.
She had to work hard for her finishes, according to her mother Kathy King, but she still managed to come out on top for the ladies.
On both Saturday and Sunday, Sara didn’t lose a single race in the ladies, landing her first overall for both days.
In the supermini races with the boys, Sara was fourth in both races Saturday keeping her solidly in fourth overall for the day, and then received a third and a fourth place on Sunday, giving her a third place finish for Sunday.
Kathy said Sara was nervous after a bit of a break from riding for the previous couple weeks, but she managed to pull through and did really well.
Now the family will be heading to Smithers for the August 20 weekend, hoping for similarly positive results there.
