Thirteen players from Surrey are among the 160 selected to participate in BC Hockey’s Male U15 provincial tournament May11-14 in Penticton.
Eight players selected attend the Delta Hockey Academy in Ladner, including forwards Luke Pakulak, Kai Daniels, CarsonMerriman, Connor Merriman and Luke Chakrabarti, and defencemen Jack O’Brien, Sam Adrain and Geoff Johnson.
Other Surrey residents selected are forwards Caeden Bankier and goalie Saahil Mann of the Burnaby Winter Club, and forwardJoshua Chapman, and defencemen Tanner Dawkins and Zach Urquhart of the Cloverdale Minor Hockey Association.
Players will be placed on one of eight teams for the weekend tournament, and play four games. Players will also receive on-and off-ice training, as well as participate in skill development sessions.
