Anderson Violette made 49 saves as the Nelson Leafs rallied to beat the Braves 6-5 in Spokane on Monday and take a 3-0 lead in their first-round Neil Murdoch Division playoff series.
Nelson scored four unanswered goals to stun the Braves. Shawn Campbell had one goal and three assists, while Reid Wilson, David Sanchez, Joe Davidson, Brandon Costa and Aiden Jenner also scored.
The win means the Leafs can sweep the series tonight in Spokane. If Nelson loses, it will host Game 5 on Thursday.
Alex Moore, Alex Enegren, Ryan McKenna, Derek Humphreys and Owen Miley scored for Spokane, while Austin Madge stopped 36 shots.
