Nine vaulters, three horses and one coach headed south to compete in the the 2012 N.E.W. Fest. Lots of fun and lots of ribbons were had by all.

The vaulters are starting a very busy season with multiple local demonstrations, clinics and various competitions in BC, Alberta and Washington State, as well as one vaulter representing Zone 1 in BC Summer Games in Surrey.

The Koot-Neigh Vaulters are holding a Fundraiser with a Burger and Beer night at Finley’s Irish Pub this Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Ten dollars gets you a burger and beer. Tickets are available at the door. The goal of the fundraiser — which will also include a 50/50 draw — is to bring the whole team to BC Provincials/Canadian Championships in Chilliwack in September. There is also an account open at the Nelson Bottle Depot to donate your bottles to the club.
