Oak Bay’s Jake MacKenzie and Graham Stewart enjoyed a successful day of rowing at Salt Spring’s Race on the Rock Regatta June 25.
MacKenzie, a recent Oak Bay High grad and Stewart, starting Grade 12 at Oak Bay, won all six races and were named the Champions of the Regatta.
The pair, rowing for Gorge Narrows Rowing Club, are stepping up their training for the coming BC Championships at Elk Lake, July 9 and 10.
