The MEI Eagles Grade 8 boys volleyball team won the Fraser Valley championship on Saturday in Delta, defeating Earl Marriott 3-0 (25-19, 25-13, 15-3) to win the banner. The Eagles never lost a match this season and finished with a record of 27-0 in league and tournament play. Ethan Loewen won tournament MVP, while Jackson Klassen and Scott Pederson were named all-stars.
