Riley Lamb and the Abbotsford Pilots got off to a flying start to their second-round playoff against the Port Moody Black Panthers.
Lamb notched two goals and an assist to pace the offence, and the Pilots out-shot the Panthers 43-22 en route to a 5-1 victory at Port Moody Arena on Saturday.
Travis Grewal, Kevin Lourens and Brett Kolins also scored for the Pilots, who had a 9-1 edge in power play opportunities. Brandon Millin was the lone Port Moody shooter to solve Abby goalie Brad Anderson, who made 21 saves.
